EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE – CHURCH LANE
Please note that an emergency road closure for Church Lane, Ryde has been put in place by Island Roads to enable Southern Water to carry necessary out repairs.
Election of new Mayor and Deputy Mayor
The Annual Meeting of the Town Council was held yesterday evening in which our new Mayor and Deputy Mayor were elected by Full Council.
Ryde Town Council are pleased to announce that Councillor Michael Lilley was elected as Ryde’s new Mayor, with Councillor Adrian Axford elected as Ryde’s new Deputy Mayor.
