The meeting of the Place, Neighbourhood and Planning Committee scheduled for 20 September 2022 at 7pm is cancelled.

During the period of national mourning for HRH Queen Elizabeth II, we are not able to publish the notice of meeting, agenda and committee papers and comply with the three clear day ruling.

The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) guidance on council meetings and notice periods during a period of national mourning is that under Section 243 of the Local Government Act 1972 days of mourning are excluded for clear days calculation purposes (Full Act HERE).

Any decisions regarding Planning Applications will be made under delegated authority (as happens during the Christmas and New Year period) and will then be ratified at the next scheduled meeting on Tuesday, 11 October 2022.

This has been agreed in consultation with the Chair of the Committee and the mayor.
