Dear Ian,

As per our discussions and upon receiving confirmation that the Armed Forces Day Committee has been awarded a grant from the MOD, I am happy to agree that due to the grant from the MOD being paid in arrears, Ryde Town Council will:

• Pay for costs for the event on 25th June up to the value of £2,130 (in addition to the grant from RTC)

  
  

  The Armed Forces Committee agrees that:

• Once the appropriate funds have been received from the MOD, a total of up to

£2,130 will be repaid to Ryde Town Council, without delay.

If you agree to the above, please sign and return a copy of this letter to me as soon as possible.
