Stage 1: Survey - TGP Inspection of roof using a drone/ additional visit to allow see to be drafted. Prepare a Schedule of Work to allow the temporary works above to be priced by suitably experienced local contractors. This would include marked up photographs, and outline sketches only of the areas of work with a Schedule in an Excel format for pricing. (Stages 2 and 3 would be subject to RTC’s Procurement Process)
Wait until the 2024 season and utilise some of the current budget for marketing purposes in order to identify better and bigger funding streams and deliver a premium service of beach accessibility in 2024.
