All upper works including decorating complete including alarms second fix and the full internal squirrel cage scaffold has been removed and the site cleared.
Leak to main church tower rectified.
Bathroom works are complete except flooring and minor electrical works.
Kitchen installation is nearing completion, white goods, oven, hobs are in and being connected, second fix for plumbing begins this week and electrics next.
Pods structures are all complete with electrical first fix complete. Plastering begins 16th January for this whole area.
All floors are complete including plywood covering.
10 commandments box will be complete by next week.
IT pew area first fix electrics and data commence 15/1/24. CCTV install and lower alarms (fire) install underway.

Front office doorway works (underway) and ceiling commence February 1st after first fix lights and electrics.
Main decoration booked for one month from 1st February. Phases are entrance lobbies, external windows, main hall, offices.
Full heating test awaits brackets for installation of the lower heaters. Flooring quotes are nearly complete for installation 15th April.
Railing and gates quotes nearly compete for installation w/c 1st April. (Subject to conservation approval still pending).
Main external wall works (2 phases – columns and capping) final quotes expected this week and work to commence end of march for one week. (Subject to conservation approval still pending)
Stained glass window installation booked for 4th march.
Clock installation booked for 11th march immediately after this the remaining render will be completed, all site scaffolding removed so the archway can be repaired and the front doors reversed. (Subject to conservation approval still pending)
Patio works will commence May 1st (Subject to conservation approval still pending)
Ordering of desks, tables, soft furniture, kitchen equipment and general supplies can commence start June.
Network Ryde moving from current offices planned for start June 10th with hand over 4th July.
