DUE TO THE UPCOMING RYDE TOWN COUNCIL BY-ELECTION FOR THE RYDE APPLEY AND ELMFIELD WARD ON THURSDAY, 21 MARCH 2024 AND THE NEED TO OBSERVE THE PRE- ELECTION PERIOD REGULATIONS, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC QUESTIONS

    To receive a latest update on the proposed development in Ryde South East.


  12. PUBLIC REALM APPLICATION – DECORATIVE BOARDS FOR VECTIS HALL


    To consider the acquisition of boards to replace the temporary metal mesh security fencing at Vectis Hall (PAPER G – To follow which may be tabled at the meeting).

  13. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS


    To discuss potential buildings that could be considered for enforcement action by the incoming IW Council Enforcement Officer.


  14. INTERNAL SUB COMMITTEES.


    To advise on proposals of a newly formed subcommittee which amalgamates the Ryde Place Plan and Regeneration Subcommittee and the Public Realm and Natural Environment Subcommittee.


  15. COMMITTEE TITLE


    To consider renaming the committee.

  16. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING.

To note that the next scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, 9 April 2024 at 7.00pm.
