Members are summoned to attend a PLACE, NEIGHBOURHOOD AND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING to be held on TUESDAY, 9 APRIL 2024 in the RYDE BAPTIST

  9. COMMUNITY LED HOUSING


    To report back to the committee the details of a meeting held recently to discuss Community Led Housing and to consider possible ways forward.


  10. VECTIS HALL – DECORATIVE BOARDING


    To agree financing, through the Public Realm Budget, some decorative screens which will be attached to the Heras Fencing at Vectis Hall.

  11. ENFORCEMENT


    To discuss a list of potential cases that can be addressed by the incoming IWC Enforcement Officer.
