To agree to a change of name for the committee and to the amalgamation of the two internal subcommittees of the Place, Neighbourhood and Planning Committee.
To agree to the committees revised Terms of Reference (PAPER C) and the proposed new Subcommittee Terms of Reference (PAPER D).
To note that the next proposed scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, 21 May 2023 at 7.00pm (subject to approval of the Calendar of Meetings at Annual Council).
