To receive any apologies for absence.
To receive any declarations of pecuniary or non-pecuniary (personal) interests relating to items on the agenda.
To receive and consider granting any written requests from Members for dispensations in respect of disclosable pecuniary interests.

To elect three members to the new subcommittee.
To receive an update on the recent walk around Ryde with the Town Councils Enforcement Officer to identify sites that could require enforcement action.
To note a report on the current status of the watering and planting works as well as future opportunities (PAPER C).
To receive an update on the ongoing problems around waste collection.
To note for the record, the acquisition, through the Public Realm Budget, to five decorative screens to be attached to the Heras Fencing at Vectis Hall, agreed by members via email correspondence.
To note that the next proposed scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2 July 2023 at 7.00pm.
